Intriguing love story! Kept my imagination pondering the outcome of all the twist-and-turn events in the characters' lives all the way to the very end. The story played out like a Lifetime Movie in my mind. Maybe this novel will make it to The Big Screen. The author filled the reader in on a bit of history taking place throughout the years as the characters aged. Love prevails times three! Will recommend Mr. Evans' novel to friends for an enjoyable read.

a very good read. Love story with a twist . Author did an excellent job I never lost interest I highly recommend this book.

We have all heard the simplistic tales of growing up in the fifties.  Good clean living, no drugs, you wait until you are married to have sex, you never talk back to your parents and if you get out of line in school prepare to get a licking.

There were always two truths to the stories behind the scenes.  Both were accurate but they were different in perception and therein lies the paradox of life in a small town in the fifties.  Come along and see some of the things that really happened in small town America in the 50's.  277 pages.

This author knows how to weave a story and keep it moving. It is hard too put one of his books down once you start reading. I am extremely pleased with his work.

This is probably not a book you would want your juvenile to read.

Having grown up in the 50's this had great meaning to me. However, I think my children should read it to better understand the culture their parents grew up in.

Read this in one sitting and wanted to find out how our writer was going to resolve the situation and was not disapointed. I am not usually a fan of the private eye genre but this one held my interest Writing about a different time period is some times difficult but this writer has obviously done his research.

This book is a really good read especially
for those who enjoy more than the ordinary romance novel. The characters are well drawn and although the end may surprise you, on reflection you realize it couldn't have happened any other way. I am so looking forward to the next work of this writer.
